How it works
How a delivery actually runs
No portal, no courier tracking page. An order goes in by phone, it is picked and loaded here, and it arrives on your round.
01
Your order goes in
Call or message the sales line with your list. We confirm what is in stock, flag anything short before it costs you a service, and price it against your account.
02
Picked by temperature
Freezer, fridge and dry-store lines are picked together and loaded for your drop, so the whole order travels on one vehicle.
03
Out on your round
Your postcode sits on a regular round from our Manchester base, so deliveries follow a pattern you can plan your stock around.
04
Checked in at the door
Count it in against the delivery note and tell the driver about anything short or damaged, so we can put it right rather than leave you chasing it.
Frozen, chilled and ambient stock is carried on the same vehicle, so a full order sheet does not have to be split across suppliers.

Confirmed when your account is set up
Delivery days, cut-offs and minimums depend on your postcode and how you order, so they are agreed with you rather than published as a headline figure that would not hold for everyone.
- Delivery daysSet per area
- Each area sits on a regular round rather than a next-day courier booking. We confirm which day that round reaches your postcode when the account is opened, and tell you in advance if a bank holiday moves it.
- Order cut-off timesSet per round
- The cut-off depends on which day your round runs and how far out it goes, so it is confirmed against your delivery day rather than published as one time for everybody.
- Minimum order valueConfirmed per account
- There is a minimum order for delivery. It is agreed per account and delivery area, and you are told the figure before your first drop — never discovered on an invoice.
- Frozen deliveryOn every drop
- Frozen lines are carried on the same delivery as the rest of your order. How your round is loaded and the handling on longer runs are gone through with the sales team when you set up.
- Chilled deliveryOn every drop
- Chilled lines — cheese, dairy and fresh produce — travel alongside frozen and ambient stock, so there is one delivery to check in rather than three.
- Ambient & dry goodsOn every drop
- Tins, oils, dry goods, drinks, packaging and cleaning lines come on the same vehicle. A full order sheet does not need to be split across suppliers.
Nothing above is a published promise dressed up as a figure. When you open a trade account we go through your delivery day, your cut-off and your minimum order, and you have them in writing before the first drop. Ask us on +44 7794 446867 if you want the detail before you apply.
FAQs
Delivery questions, answered
The things customers ask before their first order. Anything else, the sales line is the quickest way to a straight answer.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver from our base in Manchester across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Yorkshire, the Midlands, Cheshire and North Wales. The postcode areas on each round are listed on this page, and the postcode checker will tell you which round yours falls on.
My postcode is not listed — can you still deliver?
Often, yes. The list reflects where our current customers are rather than a fixed boundary, so a postcode close to an existing round can usually be added. Call the sales line on +44 7794 446867 with your address and what you order each week, and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Do frozen and chilled products arrive on the same delivery?
Yes. Frozen, chilled and ambient lines are picked and delivered together, so there is one drop to check in and one supplier to call about it.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is a minimum order for delivery, and it is set per account and delivery area rather than published as a single figure. We confirm it with you when your trade account is opened, before your first delivery.
How do I place an order?
By phone or WhatsApp on +44 7794 446867, or by email to info@anco.ltd. Most customers work from a standing order sheet and adjust it each week. Trade pricing is quoted per account, so ask us to price the lines you order regularly.
Do I need a trade account to order?
Yes. We supply food businesses rather than households, so orders run through a trade account. You can apply online and we will come back to you to confirm your delivery day, minimum order and pricing.
Ready to get on a round?
Tell us your postcode and what you order each week. We will confirm your delivery day, your minimum order and a price on your regular lines.
